Zach Person
Founder, AscendHub
Zach Person is the founder of AscendHub, the revenue operating system for independent insurance agencies. Before launching AscendHub, Zach spent years in sales and client development, working directly with independent insurance producers and agencies. That firsthand experience showed him how agents were juggling leads, renewals, and follow-ups without a connected system for the revenue work around their book.
Zach's path to entrepreneurship started on the football field. He played five years of college football across Toledo, Western Illinois, and Northern Michigan University, earning both his B.S. and MBA from NMU. That career demanded the same discipline and resilience that now drives AscendHub, built by someone who understands what it takes to compete without a guaranteed outcome.
