Founder, AscendHub
Zach Person is the founder of AscendHub, a CRM built for relationship-driven professionals. Before launching AscendHub, Zach spent years in sales and client development, working directly with independent insurance producers and agencies. That firsthand experience gave him a clear view of the exact problem AscendHub solves: agents juggling leads and follow-ups with no real system behind them.
Zach's path to entrepreneurship started on the football field. He played five years of college football across Toledo, Western Illinois, and Northern Michigan University, earning both his B.S. and MBA from NMU. That career demanded the same discipline and resilience that now drives AscendHub, built by someone who understands what it takes to compete without a guaranteed outcome.
